Individual Rates

Initial Consultation

If you would like to schedule an appointment, I will set up a free face-to-face consultation with you. This will take just a few minutes, with no charge and no obligation.  At this consultation, we will discuss your needs, both immediate and long-term.  If you decide not to work with me or any of our Tutors, then you owe nothing.  If you would like to work with us, then we will schedule our first appointment, which possibly could even be immediately after the initial consultation.

ALL Packages provide

  • Flexible payment schedule – we’ll keep track of your hours and payments. After initial appointment, package rate requires account to be paid ahead by at least one appointment.

Starter Package

• 6 hours of high quality tutoring, $92/hr
• Hours can be used anytime and do not expire
• Suggested for short-term exam prep or trying out our services
• Services tailored to your long term goals
• $276 down payment, which covers the first three hours.

Consistency Package:

• 10 hours of high quality tutoring, $86/hr
• Hours can be used anytime and do not expire
• Suggested for catching up, reviewing prerequisite material, and/or exam prep
• Services tailored to your long term goals
• $344 down payment, which covers the first four hours.

Value Package:

• 20 hours (or more) of high quality tutoring, $80/hr
• Hours can be used anytime and do not expire.
• Package can be extended indefinitely: Value Rate will apply to all appointments past 20 hours.
• Suggested for more intensive catch-up, review, long-term exam prep, and/or consistent appointments over several weeks/months.  Recommended for those with history of struggling with math.
• Services tailored to your long term goals
• $400 down payment, which covers the first five hours.

Group Package

• 6 hours of high quality tutoring for all students
• Hours can be used anytime and do not expire
• Suggested for groups of students familiar with one another
• Monthly email follow-up
• Services tailored for each students long term goals
• $200 down payment per student, which covers approx. first four hours.

If you are concerned about your ability to afford tutoring, there could be a lower-cost option for you. Depending on the subject matter, we may be able offer you tutoring at lower rates.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a charge of ½ of the cost of the appointment (rounded down to the nearest $5).  Cancellations made less than 90 minutes prior to the appointment, including no-shows, will incur a charge of the full amount of the appointment.  Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.  These charges shall be paid at the next appointment, or paid separately within 14 days.  Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur no charges.  Thanks!
